Porcelain Pavers Installed in Southampton, Long Island NY

Porcelain Pavers Installed in Southampton, Long Island NYThese porcelain pavers were supplied and installed by Gappsi on the balconies and terraces of this new Southampton residence. The new porcelain brown wood-grain planks were installed on a thin layer of sand over a flat tar roof. A see through wire fence was also installed for safety at the edge of the balcony without creating any obstruction of view. Porcelain pavers are the ultimate outdoor paving material. They are long lasting and resistant to anything. Visit the Gappsi showroom to learn more about these products.

One basketball hoop, one court light, a regulation key was striped on the asphalt floor, and a black chain link fence was installed around court, along with a row of arborvitaes and skip laurels complete the landscaping around the court.

Pavilion Built In Dix Hills By Gappsi

Pavilion Built In Dix Hills By GappsiThis 20×24 pavilion was designed and built by Gappsi in Dix Hills, NY. We built it with 6 columns, all wrapped with synthetic wood and Azek. This outdoor structure allows the homeowners to enjoy their backyard in both sunny and rainy days. The pavilion not only looks elegant, but it’s also very functional and includes great amenities.
A wood burning fireplace is accompanied with a large screen TV and enough room for a comfortable couch area in front of it. Underneath the pavilion, we installed all Twin Eagle Appliances: a bar island with a sink, storage cabinets, and refrigerator; and we installed an outdoor changing room with a shower. The adjacent area is already set up for a future outdoor spa to be placed also.
All white trim, moldings, and maintenance-free paneling were used to veneer columns and ceiling. The fireplace and bar island were veneered with tumbled split face travertine veneers to match the travertine french pattern sealed patio throughout the pavilion and surrounding area. Gappsi supplied all the materials used in this project.
