This private residence located on Long Island, NY features the design & installation by Gappsi Group. The custom boulder rock stairs were installed dry-stacked to create natural stone steps through a landscaped setting, leading from the paved walkway to the front entrance of the home.

Custom Natural Stone Three-tier Pondless Water Feature by Gappsi
This private residence located on Long Island, NY features the design & installation by Gappsi Group. The key focus of our design was the Custom natural stone three-tier pondless water feature with a natural stone moca Travertine facade comprised of 4” high veneers with a mix of varying lengths ranging from 6” to 14”. The waterfall also showcases two lion face wall sconce water features, and spillover half circle sconces, and a 3′ sheer descent. The three-tiered wall is capped with 2″ Travertine coping, matching the surrounding french pattern Travertine patio.
