Just completed this backyard project in Dix Hills NY. We installed Fiorito travertine for the entire backyard. We built a new stoop in a semicircle shape by the backyard sliding door and build a 16×16 Pavilion. All faced with synthetic wood columns and ceiling all covered, We built a new breeo fire pit zentro stainless steel and veneered with all fiorito travertine rock face. We remodeled the entire pool. Installed the new 2 inch coping same travertine coping porcelain tiles in pool waterline and tile marks on the steps and plastered the pool with dark gray marble dust. We also installed the slide. The clients are very happy. Rock waterfall construction in Lake Grove NY
This waterfall it’s been designed and built by Gappsi in Lake Grove NY as part of a large backyard project that includes a custom gunite swimming pool, pavilion, patio, and full landscaping. Natural Long Island boulders were used for the risers and bluestone shelves for the water cascades. We created steps on both sides of the grotto, on the waterfall side, and by the slide, for the kids to get to the top of the grotto and jump in the pool. For the landscaping, we used small plants and grasses to decorate the waterfall and slide, and evergreens along the back to create privacy from the neighboring house.
Gunite pool built in Asharoken NY
Backyard designed and Installed by Gappsi in Asharoken NY. Included a 12×36 gunite pool with marble coping. Limestone G44 for the patio and an auto cover. We used super blue diamond bright for the pool finish on the steps and benches; we used the tiles indicators. The pool is equipped with a badu jet to swim against or just exercise. The pool is only 3 to 6 feet deep, This is one of the most beautiful properties on Long Island. The house has a waterfront in the front house and the backyard.

The pool is complete except for the patio around. We installed the porcelain pavers for water line tiles, Installed Indiana limestone as the coping. Laminar Jets, spillover water bawls and sheer descends in raised sundeck in the back. The sundeck with steps and the spa is raised from the water.

Limestone pavers and copings installed for pool and pavilion patios in Merrick NY. This Project was designed by Giuseppe Abbrancati and installed by Gappsi for these private residents in Merrick located in the south shore of Nassau County on Long island. This project includes the construction of 18×38 gunite swimming pool with all the amenities, such as a gas heater, salt chlorine generator, LED lights, a safety auto cover, automation and an ozone system. The Limestone pavers and copings installed for the swimming pool were selected from the Gappsi showroom, this particular one is called Melfi stones and its manufactured in India, Indian Limestone pavers and copings are very hard stones and very colorful. A 16×32 custom pavilion is built for outdoor use includes a wood burning fireplace and couch area , a large cast aluminum dining table and an L shaped island built with using Wolf outdoor cabinetry, Wolf outdoor cabinets are available in three colors: white, ash, and black, and there is a wide variety in the Wolf Outdoor Cabinetry Line. This allows the customer to completely customize their dream outdoor kitchen area. Cabinet pieces are made specifically for different parts of the outdoor kitchen, including bases and drawer combinations for grills, sinks, propane tank storage, and waste containers. A Twin Eagle 42 inch grill, a sink, refrigerator and ice maker. the counter-top is made out of black granite with a very special finish of leather texture. The veneers for the fireplace are brick veneers and wood planks for the cooking island, both for the manufactured by Eldorado. Limestone pavers and copings are also used for the steps and walls that lead to the grass area in front of the backyard door stoop. A walkway that connects the backyard stoop to the cabana and to the swimming pool area was made with 36×24 inches stepping stones inlayed in between the grass.
