In this project, located in Merrick, NY, approximately 2,000 sq ft of patio was installed using Moca travertine selected from the Gappsi showroom. The colors variations of the Moca travertine consist of beige, browns, and white. Travertine pavers and coping have become very popular in the last decade within the New York area. Consumers and contractors have accepted and learned from using it, because it can withstand the cold weather in the region. A small vinyl pool was also installed in this backyard. Four deck jets are installed along one side of the pool, and the swimming pool also contains a heater, a salt chlorine system, and LED lights. The pool coping consists of 2 inch thick travertine custom made for Gappsi in randomly mixed lengths. A sitting wall was built all around the backyard perimeter, adding a finished look to the evergreen trees planted behind it. It is veneered with Nantucket Eldorado stones and travertine coping to match the swimming pool. The backyard sliding door semi circular steps are built also called wedding cake steps and finished with Travertine pavers and coping. The front walkway from the driveway is built with 24 x 24 inch, 2 inch thick, stepping stones. Travertine pavers and coping come with surface holes and imperfections due to the natural creation of the travertine, as a build up of lime in shallow body of water that took place over millions of years, also the colors of the Travertine pavers and coping are naturally embedded in the stone structure.

We starting with the construction of the free-form vinyl swimming pool, new stoops built by the backyard sliding doors, and approximately 2,000 sq ft of flamed Amagansett granite pavers and pool coping. Amagansett granite is a very colorful stone containing different colors: white, yellow, peach, gold, and brown shades. It makes a perfect to match any surrounding landscape and outdoor furniture. Amagansett Granite paving stones bring some life to the backyard with its pleasant and colorful blend.

Home Remodeling Company Old Brookville NYThis house was remodeled by Gappsi. The front door portico was redesigned and built elongated to cover the front steps and entrance way. The soffit in a shape of a dome was covered in synthetic 2-inch white strips with the columns having a trim design. A new front metal door was installed with a stucco molding trim, which compliments the window molding and beige stucco finish on the center part of the house. Natural quartz stone veneers were installed 4 ft high throughout the front of the house – below the stucco and all the way to the top under the soffit on both ends. Gappsi designed and installed the whole project, including the landscaping, walkways, and patios.

This studio salon is location on 675 Motor Parkway, Hauppauge NY 11788. The construction process of the new hair salon started with the removal of the old store and stripping it down to bare walls. All new plumbing electric and insulation were installed before new sheet rock and drop ceilings were installed. A brand new ornate lighting system, including high hats and a chandelier, were installed, and the walls were painted with a happy blue teal color to create a pleasant atmosphere. The floors were installed with the newest epoxy floor technology creating a one-piece marble floor imitating black veins in a real white marble floor.

Bathroom Designed and Built by Gappsi in East Islip NYThis elegant bathroom in The Moorings gated community in East Islip, Suffolk County, Long Island, NY was designed and built by Gappsi.
We used porcelain tile on the shower walls. The bathroom vanity, niche, corner bench and wall edges on the entry to the shower are all granite.
We used pebble stones on the floor of the shower to bring a natural, organic, spa like feeling and porcelain wood looking planks on the rest
of the floor.
Annabelle 69 inch acrylic, free standing, white soaking tub provides a soothing experience with Rook Lever Handle Kit Pair in Chrome made by Brizio.
Shower body, thermal valve, 3 control valves with a luxurious rain shower head from ceiling, wall shower head and hand shower head faucets in chrome are all made by Grohe.

Porcelain pavers supplier and installer in Smithtown, Long island NY 11787This swimming pool, backyard patio, and the house exterior renovation were designed by Giuseppe Abbrancati and installed by the Gappsi team. We decided to use 24×24 porcelain pavers. Porcelain pavers are very durable and require no maintenance; they are also very precise in size and thickness. Their color variations are also very consistent and the texture is very comfortable to walk on. The home owner wanted a modern and clean look, with a stucco finish for the exterior walls and a simple stack bond pattern for the patio. The colors were a perfect blend of light beige and the pool coping was made of sandblasted marble pavers. This highlighted the pool shape and also matched the white trim of the house.
This project also included the total renovation of the swimming pool. Starting with a liner change, an all new re-plumbing of skimmers and jets, a new light, a new filter pump, and a new heater. We also added an automation system with ozone and a salt-chlorine generator. The pool patio was made of old clay pavers and the pool wall were made of steel panels. We tied ½ inch rebar to the walls all around the pool and poured 4 inches of 3500 PSI concrete with fiber mesh mixed in it.
