Install Nicolock colonial wall retaining wall system (5″ tall blocks), on steel reinforced poured concrete footer, down driveway and retaining backyard land next to garage. approx. 480 sq.ft. of retaining wall system to be installed with approx. 190 ln.ft. of caps to match. (10) steps leading to backyard to be installed from driveway. Each step is to be 8″ tall. a 3′ long platform will divide the 10 steps to 5 + 5 for an easier walking route. Retaining walls to be installed with proper pvc drainage/gravel behind and geo-grid mesh for adequate strength and to comply with code. Removal/dumping of all existing railroad tie walls and deadmen. The masonry installation of your project will be guaranteed for (3) years against settling of paving stones, shifting of borders and movement of steps and walls. Any alterations to your landscape, damages caused by other acts of nature causing the deterioration of Gappsi installations is not covered as part of our guarantee.
