This project includes the construction of 18×38 gunite swimming pool with all the amenities, such as a gas heater, salt chlorine generator, LED lights, a safety auto cover, automation and an ozone system. The Limestone pavers and copings installed for the swimming pool were selected from the Gappsi showroom, this particular one is called Melfi stones and its manufactured in India, Indian Limestone pavers and copings are very hard stones and very colorful. A 16×32 custom pavilion is built for outdoor use includes a wood burning fireplace and couch area , a large cast aluminum dining table and an L shaped island built with using Wolf outdoor cabinetry, Wolf outdoor cabinets are available in three colors: white, ash, and black, and there is a wide variety in the Wolf Outdoor Cabinetry Line. This allows the customer to completely customize their dream outdoor kitchen area. A 28 x 28 x 14 L shaped vinyl lined swimming pool was built with many options, including LED lights, a gas heater, a chlorine salt generator, and stadium stairs across the 14 ft wide shallow area. The swimming pool was built with concrete walls and built 4 ft deep throughout the entire pool due to the high water table. Porphyry pavers and copings installed in this project, primarily contain gray colors with gold and rusty colored veins finished in a sandblasted and tumbled process. The texture and edges are very comfortable and timeless in look. They are manufactured in India in a French Pattern design. Installation was done on one inch of clean sand over four inches of poured concrete base and compacted sub base. The veneers for the cooking island are Nantucket Eldorado stacked stone, manufactured in 2 ft long panels. Custom-made corners and the yellow polished granite top for the cooking island is contrasted with the colors of the walls and the patio. The front walkway from the driveway is built with 24 x 24 inch, 2 inch thick, stepping stones. Travertine pavers and coping come with surface holes and imperfections due to the natural creation of the travertine, as a build up of lime in shallow body of water that took place over millions of years, also the colors of the Travertine pavers and coping are naturally embedded in the stone structure.
