Backyard designed by Giuseppe Abbrancati and installed by Gappsi in Melville, Long Island NY. The free formed vinyl lined swimming pool was built with a 5 ft deep end to accommodate a twist slide. The pool patio and raised patio were paved with Nicolock stone ridge oyster blend and inlays of tumbled borders with 8’x12′ charcoal bullnose coping. An outdoor kitchen and bar set up were built under a pavilion, and the waterfall and fireplace area was also built with Nicolock mini-colonial wall system.

The semi-circle design of these out door kitchen incorporates many appliances, from the bar sink, grill, smoker, oven, refrigerator and a breakfast station and many access doors for storage areas. Walls were constructed of steel studs and cement blocks and then veneered with Fiorito travertine. The counter tops were made out of polished Brazilian granite and floor in between the 2 island are travertine French pattern Moca. All appliances are Twin Eagle also supplied by Gappsi. Gappsi designed and installed this backyard in Lloyd Harbor, NY. It incorporates a 20’x50′ gunite swimming pool built with a spillover spa, sundecks with benches, and steps built within the pool. The swimming pool is also equipped with a safety auto cover and LED lights. Coping for the pool and spa was custom made out of Pennsylvania Bluestone, the interior finish of the pool consists of 6 inch porcelain tiles and Tahoe Blue diamond bright. All pool and raised house patios were paved with Gappsi beige sandstone pavers.

This private residence located on Long Island, NY features the design & installation by Gappsi Group. In this design the seating area atop the raised patio overlooks the man made fish pond featuring aquatic plants, natural boulders, and a small one-tier waterfall which adds visual interest as well as helps circulate the pond water.
