The main reason is that when plastic is put out into the elements, it will expand and contract with varying temperatures and sun conditions. If this is not accommodated in the design and installation of the modular tile surface, several issues can arise. Our team completed a 25×30 basketball court in East Hampton NY.  The basketball sports game court built on a recycled concrete base with Mateflex tiles on top is the perfect home edition.

The customer chose blue for the key and a border with gray for the field color. Black-colored lines striped the court.  In addition, Gappsi added a synthetic turf fringe surrounding the entire court.  As per a customer request, we custom-printed a Jordan logo in the court.

A Pro Dunk adjustable professional basketball hoop and an out-of-bounce netting were installed behind the hoop with removable aluminum poles. This is the latest basketball court built with Metaflex tiles designed by Gappsi in East Hampton NY.

Pickable Sports Game Courts Located In Hewlett Harbor Long Island NY

Gappsi installed a pickleball sports game court in Hewlett Harbor NY. This sports game court has an asphalt base.  Our team installed Mateflex Tiles over the asphalt. The tile colors used were forest green for the out-of-bounce area, then sports green for the inside of the pickable court. Tennis Court and Basketball Sports Game Court Combo In Smithtown NY

Gappsi Design Team built a brand new sports game court; a combination of basketball and tennis in Smithtown NY. Nicolock paving stones size 6×9 in the color named Granite City bordered the Tennis & Basketball Sports Game Court.  We used 2 inches of asphalt over an oversized recycled concrete base.  In order to make this court able to play two different sports.  Gappsi first painted the white lines on the court for tennis and then we painted the yellow lines for basketball.

We built a retaining wall and faced it with Eldorado cultured stones. The court was primed with black asphalt paint on three sides of the court, and then Gappsi installed an out-of-bounce netting that is used for both tennis and basketball court games.
