We starting with the construction of the free-form vinyl swimming pool, new stoops built by the backyard sliding doors, and approximately 2,000 sq ft of flamed Amagansett granite pavers and pool coping. Amagansett granite is a very colorful stone containing different colors: white, yellow, peach, gold, and brown shades. It makes a perfect to match any surrounding landscape and outdoor furniture. Amagansett Granite paving stones bring some life to the backyard with its pleasant and colorful blend.

Bathroom Designed and Built by Gappsi in East Islip NYThis elegant bathroom in The Moorings gated community in East Islip, Suffolk County, Long Island, NY was designed and built by Gappsi.
We used porcelain tile on the shower walls. The bathroom vanity, niche, corner bench and wall edges on the entry to the shower are all granite.
We used pebble stones on the floor of the shower to bring a natural, organic, spa like feeling and porcelain wood looking planks on the rest
of the floor.
Annabelle 69 inch acrylic, free standing, white soaking tub provides a soothing experience with Rook Lever Handle Kit Pair in Chrome made by Brizio.
Shower body, thermal valve, 3 control valves with a luxurious rain shower head from ceiling, wall shower head and hand shower head faucets in chrome are all made by Grohe.

This backyard was designed by Giuseppe Abbrancati and installed by the Gappsi team. The gunite swimming pool has a rectangular shell with a bench on the long side of the pool, a sundeck with a bubbler, steps, and a spa. Spillover water bowls also function as fire features. The swimming pool is 8 feet deep, and includes a diving board and a safety auto cover. The backyard is elegant, functional, and simple. The Fiorito travertine patio for the fire pit area, the pavilion floor, and the pool patio area were bordered with blue stone strips to match the swimming pool coping. The pavilion was built by Gappsi and was designed to match the house style and details. The outdoor kitchen was built with Wolf cabinets and Twin Eagle appliances, and it was veneered with Fiorito travertine to match the pillars that hold the fire bowls and the fire-pit. Award Presented To Giuseppe Abbrancati Gappsi, Upscale project built in Islip, NY uses 60mm Roma I and Roma II stones, both with rounded edges, plus 6-inch square Rustico pavers. The stones are placed in a running bond pattern, beginning at the driveway apron and continuing around each circle. This creates the illusions of changing lines of eight circles that lead to the grand, courtyard circle of a neo-classical, two-level home. Charcoal Rustico stones are used as inserts to enhance flowing lines of the driveway and outline the courtyard, while fans are added between circles to give the driveway a scalloped border. The home’s backyard patio and pool deck incorporate the Roma stone profiles with larger Coral Roma I and Corso stones, combining fan and herringbone and running bond patterns

Gappsi built this structure in Nesconset, NY to cover a BBQ/bar island sitting area, and protect the residents from the sun and rain. The columns, ceiling, and trim work, was all done with Azek. The bar island structure was built with masonry blocks and cultured stones; the patio below the pavilion, the pool patio, and coping were paved with 12″x18″ flamed granite pavers. The swimming pool, equipped with an auto cover, was also installed by Gappsi.
