This epoxy floor was installed in a private residence East Northport long island NY. The product applied was Purepoxy products EZ Concrete Supply NY.
First step was the grinding of the floor, to remove the existing asbestos tiles and the asphalt tar used to glue them to the concrete, special diamond blade capable of removing paint and scarifying the concrete to create a textured evenly and abrasive
ready for the epoxy VRM Vapor reduction * PE -100 pigmented Tan membrane to stick to it. Saddle Tan Colored Chips Broadcasted in to the epoxy Base while wet and then let is dry for 24 hours. After the epoxy is cured the access vinyl flakes were removed and floor vacuumed.
A final coat of PE-100 Clear Top Coated the flakes totally covering them and giving the floor a very smooth texture finish. Normally a coat of urethane finish is applied to further hardening the epoxy finish and also protect it from UV lights , mostly in vehicular trafficated areas, but in this case being in a basement there is no need to apply urethane because the floor in only used for kids playground and laundry room.

This elegant bathroom in The Moorings gated community in East Islip, Suffolk County, Long Island, NY was designed and built by Gappsi. We used porcelain tile on the shower walls. The bathroom vanity, niche, corner bench and wall edges on the entry to the shower are all granite. We used pebble stones on the floor of the shower to bring a natural, organic, spa like feeling and porcelain wood looking planks on the rest of the floor. Annabelle 69 inch acrylic, free standing, white soaking tub provides a soothing experience with Rook Lever Handle Kit Pair in Chrome made by Brizio. Shower body, thermal valve, 3 control valves with a luxurious rain shower head from ceiling, wall shower head and hand shower head faucets in chrome are all made by Grohe.
Pavilion built in Dix Hills/Huntington Station NY by Gappsi. A complete outdoor living area covered under an elegant pavilion that incorporates a fireplace with a tv, a bar area, and a sitting area. Fiorito Travertine wall veneers and Moca French pattern travertine pavers were used for the floor. Stone piers are built to support the Azek columns and all trim and molding work were also done with Azek.
