Nicolock paving stones were installed to create this intricate pavers driveway layout in East Islip on Long island NY. Gappsi Designed and installed the project using a combination of roma ones and roma twos and roma Circles series. Golden-brown blend roma pavers were used for the field of the main driveway highlighted with solid colors of chamois and brown. The soft look of golden brown paving stones with beige outline create a warm, yet intricate design cutting across this plush green lawn and natural setting of trees of this residence in a wildlife-reserved area. Outdoor Living Design and Construction by Gappsi in Smithtown NY

It was a total transformation of the backyard layout, from the swimming pool to patios and landscaping. The swimming 8 feet fiberglass stairs were removed and a 20 ft. long shallow area stadium stair was added, new plumbing , liner and sheer descend water feature was also added. The classico travertine patio pavers were selected from the Gappsi natural stone collection and installed for the entire backyard. The walls were veneered with Fiorito travertine mixed sizes and 2 inches thick Fiorito travertine coping for steps and wall caps. A full outdoor kitchen and bar was built and covered with a pavilion structure. Mahogany deck and stairs further enhance the back layout by creating a defined sitting area for the outdoor furniture. Many are the amenities that were incorporated in the backyard design; Gappsi Talented designers and craftsmen transformed a tight small backyard into a functional and breathtaking outdoor living space.

Front & Backyard yard home remodeling project built by Gappsi in Commack NY.This project included many faces of constructions, starting with the excavation of the driveway and back yard patio, and the demolition of roof, siding and windows Gutters and doors. The house has been sided with new CertainTeed meadow blend a premium siding color, for both sides and back yard. For the front of the house manufactured cultured Eldorado Nantucket stacked stone veneer and stucco was used ibn combination tu create a unique design with accents and trims done with both materials. New 400 series white Anderson windows were installed throughout the all house. The roofing material was a 50 year architectural style in charcoal color and 6 inches oversized gutter with new soffits and fascia. Nicolock Granite City paving stones ridge with triple of charcoal and marble blend fan and circle inlays were used for driveway, front walkway and back yard patio

Swimming Pool, Patio & Waterfall designed & built by Gappsi Smithtown NY11787Natural Waterfall built with moss rocks and a spill over into a large free formed swimming pool incorporating a custom dolphin slide with natural step risers to an elevated platform create a spectacular landscape background behind this custom vinyl swimming pool built by Gappsi in a residential gated community in Smithtown NY 11787.
The vinyl lined swimming pool was constructed with poured concrete walls, vermiculite floor base and foam padded walls.
Custom shallow area steps are included for entering the swimming pool and deep end bench for exiting diving area from the extra wide diving board in the deep end of the swimming pool.
The entire project was designed and installed by Gappsi including the exclusive natural Pompeii blue limestone. All masonry patio work was installed on reinforced concrete base, the swimming pool coping used is the Melfi Limestone random mixed sizes lengths selected from the Gappsi Natural Stone Collection.
Evergreen shrubs were installed in the background for future privacy with flowering trees, grasses and flowers that ornate in the waterfall pockets.
