Ezak Deck and Pavilion -Backyard Laurel Hollow - NY 11771 Designer & BuilderThis project was designed and built by Gappsi for a client in Laurel Hollow NY, Nassau County. We Built a very large deck with azek 2 tone color combination for the field and trims for borders and steps. We built a u shaped outdoor kitchen all veneered with fiorito travertine and all twin eagles appliances. On this side we have a bar area in the future with stools. This was a custom built pavilion attached to the house. The inside pavilion is finished with cedar stain and all columns and moldings were stained with brown color to match the existing house. We created a sitting area with a tv mounted on the wall. The wall is also veneered with travertine to match the rest of the backyard. We have a sitting area with a firepit and outdoor kitchen service as a table for the people sitting next to the fireplace. We also built a 20×40 concrete wall vinyl pool with fiorito travertine coping. The pool is equipped with an autocover and all patios are built with out of azek decking including benches and steps. The pool is exposed on one side two feet out of the ground and also veneered with travertine. The clients are very happy. This is the latest gappsi design and installation of a backyard. The entire patio was paved with G040 marble pavers selected from the Gappsi Stone collection. We also installed a raised patio with steps leading to the lower pool patio. The patio is used for a dining table and a barbecue grill. We also installed an Excite spa. Beautiful Spa is very functional. We installed a vinyl pool in a free form shape with steps in the shallow area and an extra large bench in the deep end. The pool depth is 45 inches in the shallow area and 66 inches in the deep end. We installed a water feature wall veneered with silver travertine random pattern and capt with g040 2 inch copings. 3 sheer descents were installed as water features spilling into the pool and wall washer lighting was installed to accent the walls and the water features. G040 marble pavers, very beautiful color variations, very relaxed patterns, combination of grays, silver golden veins and white accents. One of the best sellers of the Gappsi Stone collections.

Backyard Renovation Huntington NY G040 Marble PaversThis was a complete backyard pool area renovation in Huntington NY. Both the pool and spa were finished with super blue diamond bright, with 6 inches porcelain tiles in the water line. The spa is also equipped with an autocover. The all backyard patio was paved with Gappsi G040 marble pavers. We installed two inches thick coping on the spa, swimming pool and steps and wall caps. We installed glass tiles on the edges of the steps and the bench. 6 Led laminars spilling into the pool , 3 on each side of the. In the deep end we build a raised platform in place of the diving board. We installed 3 three ft led sheer descends under the coping of the platform. The platform was built and veneered with silver travertine. We also installed 2 led electrical spillover water balls. The steps and columns were accented with wall washer lights. Beautiful job and magnificent view of this long island north shore home. The installation of the patios was done on concrete base and G040 marble pavers were installed on one inch of fine sand, polymeric sand was installed and vibrated in between the pave joints to fill the spaces. The all pool was replumbed with new 2 inches poly pipes, a new gas heater and new air blower was added to the existing equipment.the overall effect of the water features added to the pool compliment the great water view of the long island sound. The pool depth is from 44 inches to 56 inches in the deep end and it has corner stairs, semi circle steps with a shallow top platform. For the patio we installed g44 limestone, our best selling product we built all the retaining walls kept with the g44 coping and silver travertine for the walls. the client is a retired fireman so he made his own Shrine here, very nice. We have a curve in the sitting wall to create a sitting area for the fire pit. a gas burning fire pit fire gear. We also built the steps to go into the house and an l shaped kitchen with twin eagle
appliances and a summer refrigerator also veneered with silver travertine and Eldorado precast boxes for the shell and a stool area sitting area.
