Gappsi completed this gunite remodeling in Northport NY, the old patio was removed and replaced with new coping, new porcelain tiles plus a beautiful rock waterfall was added. We paved the entire patio with the New G044 White Limestone and G044 Gray Limestone. The grey and white limestone are a favorite choice among new homeowners.

In the pool, Gappsi installed 6″ water line porcelain tiles and marble dusted with dark gray marble dust. The spa was also remodeled and re-marble dusted with all new equipment. A new pump, new filters, a new ozone system, and a new salt chlorine generator were installed.  The color of the marble dust with the reflection of the sky gives a very deep blue color to the pool water. Construction of the 16×32 swimming pool consisting of 10-inch thick concrete reinforced walls, concrete floor, sundeck with full stadium stairs, and two extended benches on each side of the sundeck. A custom liner with an Island Granite color scheme and a textured finish was installed around the pool. This particular swimming pool is equipped with a safety auto cover, allowing you to open and close the pool as you please. Four jets were installed along the wall above the benches generating a spa-like effect, including two LED bubblers on the sundeck. The patio consists of G045 blue limestone pavers selected from the gappsi stone collection. Two inches g045 rock-faced limestone coping was also installed around the pool’s perimeter.

This Installation is in Lloyd Harbor NY approximately 6000sf of pool patio and coping installation. The Coping is also G45 limestone with the rock face front and tumbled with ceramic cheaps so even though it looks rough it is very smooth to the touch. The pattern is a Roman Pattern combination with different sizes starting from 24×36, to 24×24, 24×12 and 12×12 they come in a combination mixed together in the same pallet. Another happy customer with a Gappsi Product.Installation of the pool patio was done on 4 inches of poured concrete base and stones were laid on one inch of sand. A liquid expansion joint was installed between the patio pavers and the pool coping to absurd any movement of the patio in the winter time and crack the pool coping and wall. Polymeric sand was installed in between the paver joints to fill in the gaps and prevent weeds from growing in the pavers joints.
